Kundalini Yoga Boston offers a community of private yoga and meditation teachers who are dedicated to helping you find balance in your body, mind and spirit.

We have put together a team of the best professionals who are committed to helping you create a foundation for life so you may reach your health, wellness, relaxation, fitness, and injury/rehabilitation goals.

The foundation of our philosophy is our commitment to creating a space where you may create a regular Kundalini Yoga and meditation practice. Our private yoga and wellness services and private classes provide yet another layer of helping you reach optimal health and wellness.


Private Yoga is for EVERYONE!

Originally, the science of yoga and meditation was passed from one teacher directly to one student. Today, this approach to teaching Yoga guides each person in developing a practice that is relevant to his or her own body and life experience.  A private session will allow you to deepen your practice and help you experience the benefits of yoga and meditation in more personal way. Private classes are for new and experienced students and for those with an injury or condition.

For new students: As a new student, you may be intimidated by the public classroom environment or you may have a busy schedule that makes it impossible to attend a group class. Private classes allow teachers the opportunity to focus on you and make sure you are getting off to an appropriate start. Private yoga and meditation instruction can help you integrate into our public classes. We can also provide one on one classes on an ongoing basis.

For more experienced students: Experienced students benefit from privates as well. You are able to have a deeper insight into specific meditations, postures or categories of yoga and meditation that interest you. Private yoga sessions are the perfect learning environment. We can help you with posture alignment, modifications and can help you develop a balanced home practice. Private yoga classes can also give the experienced student time to learn about yoga philosophy.

For those working with an injury or condition:

We can adapt the practice of yoga and meditation to meet the needs of people facing physical and mental health challenges. We can help you manage your condition, reduce your symptoms and improve quality of life.

Our studio is situated in the perfect spot! We are conveniently located in Harvard Square.  Because of our convenient location, we are able to serve those on bikes, commuters, and those who drive and there is ample metered street parking and many city parking lots and parking garages.

Private Yoga & Meditation Teachers


Siri Bani Kaur offers private, corporate, and semi-private classes in: Yoga and Meditation, Gong Healing, Visual Art, Wellness Coaching, Cleansing, Kundalini Yoga and healing session combined, and Reiki. Siri Bani also has experience working with high school and college sport teams.
Co-Owner of Kundalini Yoga Boston, Siri Bani Kaur is a certified K.R.I. Kundalini Yoga Instructor, a certified Level 2 Radiant Child Yoga Instructor and a certified Level 2 Reiki Practitioner. She has been practicing many styles (Kundalini, Power, Flow, Bikram, Ashtanga) of yoga as well as teaching art and yoga for over two decades. She facilitates cooking, health & wellness classes, along with art & yoga workshops and mindfulness programs for teachers, parents, children and adults. Viriam Kaur offers private, corporate, and semi-private classes in: Yoga and Meditation.  With over 17 Years of practice and experience in all types of Yoga, she specializes in Restorative Yoga,  Kundalini Yoga and Meditation. In 1999 she graduated with honors from 950 hour Muscular Therapy Program with a focus on Anatomy, Physiology, and Self-Care Techniques.  As a Licensed Professional Massage Therapist for over 10 years she understands the various musculoskeletal patterns of the physical body, and is skilled in assisting students in understanding and mapping their own unique postural and tension patterns.  Her private coaching sessions specialize in increasing greater body awareness, and also creating a specific routine of self care and relaxation to release, restructure, and realign the body promoting overall health and well being.  In 2001 she completed her first 150 Hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training and began teaching Beginners and Restorative Yoga and was certified in both Reiki Levels 1 & 2 in 2002.  In 2013 she completed the Kundalini Yoga Level 1 Teacher Training Program, is Yoga Alliance RYS 200 hour certified. …Read more and schedule a private session.

Preet Kaur  offers private, corporate, and semi-private classes in: Yoga and Meditation and Gong Deep Relaxation.  With experience in a deep Kundalini Yoga and Meditation practice, she specializes in working with others on health and wellness. Chronic pain has long been a part of her own life and with a Multiple Sclerosis diagnosis three years ago, she made the necessary lifestyle changes to improve her health.
